As a Registered Dietitian, I am passionate about wellbeing, which to me, is both physical and mental health.
My work experience of over a decade includes working as a Dietitian in both the public and private sectors, as a Lecturer at a top South African University, and as an international Flight Attendant for Emirates Airlines.
My role as Experience Manager at The LightHouse Arabia combines all aspects of my clinical and customer service experiences. I am responsible for ensuring that our clients feel cared for on a personal level, that their needs are met, and expectations are exceeded. This is achieved through the development of client experience strategies and with continuous training and upskilling of our Front Office team. My role also entails ensuring an excellent employee experience for both our Front Office and Clinical teams, which focuses on company culture, engagement, and onboarding.
I am certified in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), and am an instructor for the Teen-to-Teen Mental Health First Aid training offered through The LightHouse Arabia.
